*A new High Five card may be started on the 6th visit only if the check amount before tax and gratuity is $20 or more after the $15 discount is given. 

*1 stamp only per visit, per check. Only 1 stamp is permitted on a single High Five card per visit, per 24-hour period. 

*$15 discount cannot be used for alcohol or gift card purchases.

*$15 discount cannot be used with any other coupon, offer, or promotion; including our yearly holiday $100 BOGO gift certificates. 

*Check must be paid in full before stamp is given.

*Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, no exceptions.
